The house, built with the typical Cycladic architecture, comprises of three levels and a terraced well-kept garden. A spacious outdoor terrace shaded by a traditional Greek pergola surrounds the main entrance floor. The main entrance opens to a cozy indoor living area with sitting place, a large dining table decorated with contemporary art pieces. There is also a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a comfortable bar area. Located on the same floor is the main guest bedroom with twin beds (pushed together can create a double), with access to the terrace with sea views. The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, and access to a spacious roof veranda with great panoramic views.

The property's private infinity pool was built on the lower floor and is surrounded by green trees and a garden with a spacious outdoor pergola and sundeck. From the pool patio there is access to another attractive separate guest bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views. There is a smaller stone studio on the pool level with a sofa bed turned in twin beds and private bathroom, ideal for teenagers or nanny. Wild Orchid has membership to the Tryall Club. An additional Temporary Membership Fee of US$26 per person per day plus a 15% service charge for any guest 16 years and older will be required. Payment will be made at the Front Desk in the Great House upon arrival.

After paying the Temporary Membership Fee, members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, grocery, motorized water sports, nanny services and golf. Whitewashed walls, local tiles, wooden table, and iron chairs, comfortable soft sofas, satellite TV and a French door opening onto the private terrace offering breathtaking sea views, offer the perfect atmosphere of understated luxury. The kitchen includes a 6-range stove, dishwasher, and stainless-steel sink and opens onto the terrace to facilitate serving meals al fresco. A guest bathroom is also available.

OUTSIDE FEATURES

The furnished covered patio set near the BBQ features a dining area that sits comfortably 8 people. The cushy sitting area with wrought iron lounge chairs faces the hypnotic blue-green water, a perfect spot for having a relaxed conversation among friends or family while sharing a glass of chilled tea or your favorite cocktail. From the patio, just 8 steps up, you can reach the private chlorine-free swimming pool that overlooks the bay. The manicured expansive garden is perfectly maintained, an added value to the already multi-quality villa.

The comfortably casual environment is suffused with a soft color palette of neutrals, celadons and ocean blue. Stone flooring and white woodwork throughout create an inviting, crisp tone. Tongue-and-groove wood ceilings are painted white and feature state-of-the-art recessed lighting.
